Corn Pudding Recipe

This recipe is a great side dish....easy and light.

Corn Pudding

1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/4 C butter, melted
8 oz can corn
8 oz can cream corn
8 oz fat free plain yogurt (look for the store brand)

Mix ingredients together. Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. (I use a round Corning Ware dish). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
