I enjoy a great meal and a good deal! I've been cooking since I was little and owe most of what I know to my grandmother who is an amazing cook and the most Godly woman I know. My dad is also a great cook and we often share recipes and tips....especially about what's for dinner every week.
I started making a weekly meal plan (and shopping once a week) after our first child was born. I was working full time in a job that required me to be out of the house several nights a week. We were eating out or scrounging for dinner almost every night and I was STRESSED out! Planning our meals ahead of time takes just a little extra effort but it pays off big time in the end. Sometimes I actually enjoy the process!
We're just wingin' it here this week for meals....yeah we'll see how that works out....but in the meantime here is a FANTASTIC recipe for those of you who need some extra calories :)
